Nutrition is part of foods that is very important for healthy life. They are many ways to get nutrition; it can be obtained from all of foods. Nutritious food has many useful essences like vitamin, fat, antioxidant, and fibers. Those are very necessary for getting healthy life. Some nutrition can be obtained from the following nutritious foods.

Some Fruits Contain High-Nutrition

Avocado is usually used as combined ingredients for Cobb salad. Avocado is one of fruits that have great nutrition. Although many people avoid avocados because of their high fat content. It actually works for the health of heart. This delicious fruit contains much of fiber, vitamins such as: C, E, K, B-6, and other nutrition. Apples are another source of nutrition coming from fruits plant. Apple provides antioxidants for the body as like vitamin C in orange. This fruit also contains fiber for good digestive; ensure to eat them with its skin. Apples can be used in salad or just make it into fresh juices.

Berries also provide much of antioxidants as like vitamin C in orange and it is also source of potassium.  They contain big amounts of fiber than other fruits. Pomegranates can be a little tricky to eat, but they're well worth the effort. Pomegranates have up to three times the antioxidants of red wine and green tea. They are also rich in vitamin C and potassium. Surely, there are still many kinds of fruits like pineapple, banana, grapes, and many more which have tons of benefit for healthy life.

Nutrition of vegetables and Oat meals

Barley is a kind of wheat which contains of much fiber to avoid the heart disease. Furthermore, it can also manage the sugars level in the blood.  Try to find the hulled barley to avoid the germs which usually found on the grain. Pearled barleys are more refined and not as nutritious. Nutrition of Leafy greens such as:  spinach, kale, romaine, collards, arugula and other kinds of veggie which have green leaves. Leafy green is vegetable which has much nutrition and less of calories. By eating these vegetables, you will surely get much of potassium, fiber, vitamin B, vitamin C, vitamin K, fiber, iron and magnesium.

Omega-3 commonly found in sea fish. If it is eaten for at least twice a week, it can prevent the risks to get stroke and heart disease. Try to select salmon, mackerel, herring, and sardines to get much of Omega 3. Beans like beans, lentils, and split peas are also useful for the health. The nutrition in beans is included fiber and protein. They are great sources of fiber which can control the sugars blood and reduce the risk for heart disease. Other nutrition which can be gotten from beans is iron, magnesium, potassium, zinc, calcium, and vitamin B.

Mushrooms may not seem like they have much to offer on the nutrition front. But they are loaded with vitamins, minerals, and fiber. Shiitake mushroom is incredible Japanese mushroom which is a substance to avoid cancer especially colon cancer and stomach problem. Nuts and Seeds contain of much monounsaturated fat which can help the body to reduce bad cholesterol. The fiber, healthy fat and protein of the seeds and nut will give you such kind of full feeling on stomach so that it will definitely help in dieting project.   Contents of nuts and seeds provide a feeling of being full that can keep you from overeating. In conclusion, there are many kinds of fruits, vegetables, and oat that can be consumed and to cover the lack of nutrition.
